Both the “Auto Assist™” and “SafeArrival™” motor clubs are approved for sale in all 50 states. Contact Us and our Producer Services department will answer state availability questions on other products.

Commission rates vary by product and region. Although we do not publish commission rates on our site, be assured that they are among the highest in the industry. One of our marketing representatives will be happy to discuss commission rates for your region with you personally.

Yes. Funds are withdrawn via ACH draft between the 10th – 20th of the following month. Producers are able to generate a report for monthly production to verify transactions

Driver Assurance™ claims can be submitted through our portal with an option for Zelle® 24 hour reimbursement. If Zelle® is not elected, reimbursement checks are mailed within 48 hours. Claims for all other products are processed by the insurers who underwrite the coverage and may take slightly longer

Yes. We will gladly provide you
with dynamic marketing materials featuring your agency logo at no cost.

Yes. The producer portal can be
viewed in either English or Spanish.

Yes. All Compass Auto Reliance applications can be printed in both English and Spanish.

Yes. CARAgentPortal.com will allow you to generate comprehensive, detailed production reports. You can also subtotal your reports by product type or representative. Reports can be generated by any date range. Reports are restricted to those who you wish to have admin access.

Yes. We will assist your agency with all state regulatory compliance requirements.
